When using a wireless router for a zune hd, do you have to keep paying every month?

You have a zune hd and wireless router, and you want internet for the zune hd. Can you use your wireless router you already bought, no extra charge, or do you have to keeping paying for the internet connection? Any suggestions are okay.|||the only thing you have to pay is the internet bill every month...other than that, it is free.|||no payment whatsoever to use a router. also belkin is pretty good so get that and put a wpa2 security on it.
