What is the best wireless router for my 2 storey house?

My house is a 2 storey. I had a desktop to connect my wireless router on the second floor. I had an xbox, laptop and an Ipod touch on the first floor. What do you think is the best wireless router do i need to buy to connect all of this without any loss of signal.
